According to me, Honeymoon means exploring a new place with a new person and that is non-other than your better half. For me it was a dream I started visualizing when my marriage date got fixed, I guess m not alone in this category and you must have also felt the same at your time 😊

Here I will share with you my experience and everything related to Bali. Like when I traveled, where I stayed, which places I explored, what activities I did.

I hope my information will be helpful to you whenever you plan a tour visit. So, let’s get started.

Travel Date

We (of course with me and my husband) planned this visit in the month of July 2018. Our package was of 3 nights and 4 days. We booked this package from one of the traveling agency in Delhi (reference given by my friend). Our visiting date was 15th July to 18th July 2018.

Flight Details

We took a flight from Chennai on the 15th of July in the morning. The flight was Malindo. Departure time was 08:55 and arrival time was 19:40

Hotel Details

Throughout our stay, we stayed in one hotel but two different categories of room. The hotel was Grand La Villas Hotel and villas, Seminyak-Bali. For 2 nights we stayed in a Deluxe room and one night in Pool Villa. (If you want to go for this hotel, pls don’t miss a chance to stay in a pool villa. You will have an amazing time with your partner)

Day 1- Arrival at Bali

We cleared all our immigration formalities and was welcomed by our tour guide. He greeted us very nicely and took us to the hotel. While going towards the hotel he handed itinerary documents along with local sim cards. Since we arrived late so stay was completely full of leisure time. We got freshen up and moved to the rooftop restaurant (at that time football final match was happening). We ordered a few food items and drinks. For pure vegetarians, there will be a problem of food but it’s shining time for non-vegetarians as you will get traveled menu to taste.

Day 2-  Water Sports & Candle Light Dinner

After finishing our breakfast, we left for Tanjung Benoa Beach. Few rides were complimentary to us and for other rides, we paid on our own. We went for Glass Boat Ride, Fly Fish Ride, Jet Ski, Parasailing and Sea Walker (where you go inside the sea to observe the beauty of marine life). Once we finished with all these rides, we came back to the hotel we got ready for our beautiful candlelight dinner which was arranged on the beachside and offered Indian food.

Day 3- Bali City Tour & Shopping

Our day was divided into two parts. The first part was for sightseeing and another was for candlelight dinner. After finishing our breakfast we headed for a city tour. We visited Kintamani which is one of the favorite tourist destinations in Bali followed by the active volcano of mount Batur and beautiful lake. We also visited to see traditional art and drama of the city. We visited a few local villages and some of the famous museums. In the end, we visited a huge coffee garden where you will come to know the history of coffee and you will be surprised to taste 10 different flavors of coffee.

Day 4- Departure To Hyderabad

We took flight from Bali to Chennai and Chennai to Hyderabad.
